Capuano Care is made up of over 80 full and part time , dedicated professionals who take pride in their ability to care for people in need and help them to enjoy longer and better lives. Every member in the team passes both State and Federal criminal background checks, maintains the up-to-date license and/or certification required to care for the clients

Capuano Care is certified by both Medicaid and Medicare, we are compliant with the State and Federal guidelines.

Capuano Care an insurance bonded company, we provide Workmen’s Compensation and Professional liability insurance.

Fannie Y. Lin, President & CEO

Fannie Lin joined Capuano Care in 1999 as Chief Executive Officer and in 2006 became the sole stockholder of the company. She has managed the company through a period of rapid growth, more than tripling the size of the company in just five years. Fannie holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University and a BA in Accounting from National Chenchi University in Taiwan. She speaks several Asian languages.

Fannie served on the Board of Directors of The Pioneer Valley Chapter of The American Red Cross, the Community Music School of Springfield. She is a member of the Mass Home Care Council, and the Rotary Club of Greater Springfield, MA.
