Capuano Care is a local, privately owned company. We are a full-service, multi-faceted home health care agency serving clients and the medical community throughout Hampden and Hampshire Counties. We are a Medicare / Medicaid certified home health care agency providing reimbursable in-home medical, therapeutic and rehabilitative care. We are a full-range private pay provider that provides services to clients requiring in-home assistance but are not qualified for traditional insurance coverage.
