Private Services
Personal Care
Home health aides can assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Our homemakers may assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry. Our team members can run errands and grocery shop on behalf of our clients.
Transportation
Clients can use Capuano’s transportation service to go to doctor appointments, to pick up medications, or to go shopping. Whatever your needs may be, our trained team members will get you there and back assisting you as necessary.
Community Elder Care Management
Our care management team assist clients’ getting the services they need to remain safely in their home. The team consists of a social worker, registered nurse, home health aide, and physical.
Home Support
Staff is dedicated to providing all in home services needed to keep you healthy and safe in your home. From nursing and therapists to personal care assistance, homemaking and transportation. We are there when you need.
RESPITE SERVICE
We offer Short-term Respite Service and companion care, an essential part of an overall home support strategy, giving family caregivers temporary relief from caring for individuals with various needs.
